Who we are

LetterBase by IdentiCore provides letter-writing tools for individuals and correspondence management for organizations. The legal operating entity and registered address will be stated here before launch.

Controlled pilot

LetterBase by IdentiCore is currently offered as a controlled, invitation-only pilot. All payment features run in test mode: no real money is charged.

Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secret. Organization owners are responsible for who they invite and the permissions they grant.

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to create an account.

Your content

You own the letters, letterheads, signatures and other material you upload or create. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of letters you send. AI suggestions are drafts that you must review; the service does not provide legal advice.

Signatures and verification

Scanned or image signatures are not cryptographic electronic signatures and may not be legally equivalent to one in every jurisdiction.

Verification confirms that a document was issued through the platform by the named organization and whether it has been revoked. It does not confirm the truth of the letter's contents.

Payments

Prices are shown before you pay. Individual letter credits are used when you first download a letter. Subscriptions renew only if you pay a renewal invoice or authorize automatic renewal. See the Refund Policy.

When a subscription ends

Your records are kept and previously issued documents remain verifiable. New official issuance stops until you resubscribe.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that break it.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
